JUDAISM AS AN EMBODIED PRACTICE
An interactive session which combines the intellectual, the spiritual and the physical. Tamar guides participants through a learning journey which includes information and ideas about yoga, Judaism, and embodied prayer, in combination with the opportunity to try basic meditation, including a look at the Ophanim - physical postures inspired by the Hebrew alphabet. For those who have never done yoga, to those who are highly experienced, there is something for everyone! All levels of physical fitness are welcome. It is recommended you wear clothes that allow you to move freely however gym/exercise gear is not required.
