Self Care -- we've all heard about it, and we all subscribe to it. But how many of us DO it??
This session will explore some classic Jewish texts on the issue -- and attempt to give us a deeper understanding of how Judaism can help us to better care for ourselves, and maybe even the world. All texts will be in the original and in translation, and no prior text experience is necessary.
