For the last seven years, Tomek has been making this film about the blood libel. Shot beautifully, with older polish people sharing their memories of their Jewish neighbours from before the Holocaust, this film is simultaneously shocking and uplifting. Only recently completed, this will be the film's world premier at LIMMUD NZ!

Tomasz Wisniewski is a Polish journalist who was jailed by the Communists during martial law in the 1980s for his dissident activities and, while in prison, researched the region's Jewish heritage and learned Hebrew. Tomasz holds a Ph.D. in Cultural Studies and works as a journalist and an academic lecturer.
